Only the
ports of Seattle, WA., Oakland, CA., and
Long Beach, CA. ship vehicles to Hawaii
* Vessels to Hawaii
depart the Port of Long Beach every
Saturday.
To meet that
Saturday's departure, your vehicle must
be at the port no later than 2:00PM on Wednesday.

Vessels to
Hawaii depart from the Port of Oakland
every Thursday.
To meet
that Thursday's departure, your vehicle
must be at the port no later than 2:00PM
on Tuesday.

depart from Seattle every other
Sunday.
To meet
that Sunday's departure, your vehicle
must be at the port no later than
11:00AM on Thursday.
Once loaded on the car
carrier, delivery time
is approximately 10-12
days. We offer
open or enclosed
transport to the port.
Once loaded on the
vessel, the ocean time is approximately
five days on the water. All vehicles
are offloaded at the Port of Honolulu,
which takes 3-5 days. If
your vehicle is going to a neighbouring
island, it will be barged over, taking an
additional 3-5 days.
We offer port-to-port, door-to-port,
exclusive 20' and 40' containers,
vehicle flat-racks and RORO service. The preferred method of
vehicle shipping is either in the vessel
garage or in specialized auto frames.
Containers are not generally loaded with
automobiles. However, at the discretion of
our terminal operations, occasionally
vehicles are loaded into enclosed
containers.
If you want to
guarantee your own exclusive 20' or 40' container you have to
order one. The cost of a 20' and 40'
container is determined by mileage from the
vehicle location and back to the port. Let our

Prepare Your Vehicle
Need a complete set of
keys:
Ignition, doors, trunk, etc.
Vehicle must be in running condition, with working
brakes.
All vehicles must be licensed
or qualified to be licensed for public street and
highways.
Wash Vehicle
All
vehicles must have a clean exterior
for inspection. Dirty
vehicles will not be
accepted.
Damaged Vehicles
We
cannot accept vehicles that have
loose parts, leaking fluids, cracked
or broken glass. All in-op Vehicles
must be containerized before
shipping.
Remove
All Personal Belongings
The
only items accepted are those normally attached
to the vehicle or permanently
installed in the dash, doors, rear deck, or
console.
If
not bolted in, the following items need to be
removed

Hawaii Vehicle
Registration Requirements
Hawaii
Department of Motor Vehicles
requires your Ocean Bill of
Lading, and that you register your vehicle within
30 days after arrival in Hawaii.
Effective 8/8/2007 an invasive
species is imposed by the state of
Hawaii on all shipments at a rate
of .75 per 1000 lbs.
