Our business is
focused on speed and reliability. We are
committed to a higher level of customer
service that is the best in the industry.
We ship vehicles from Alaska to Hawaii and
from Hawaii to Alaska. There is no direct service
from Alaska to Hawaii. All vehicles
are barged over from Alaska to the Port of Seattle,
and then shipped to Hawaii.
During winter season vehicles are
transported in an enclosed car
carrier, during the non winter
months all vehicles are barged over
to Seattle, WA port then shipped to
Hawaii. If your vehicle is
transported on an enclosed car
carrier it takes 7-10 days. If your
vehicle is barged over by ship it
takes approx. 14-19 days. Once at
port ship takes an additional 3-5
days to unload.
Update:
Any and all freight shipping from the
port of Seattle, WA. to Hawaii may be
subject to a random U.S. Dept. of
Agriculture Inspection. If your freight
is selected for inspection,
a $90 fee will be
imposed by the USDOA.
* Vessels
depart from the Port of Seattle to
Hawaii every other Sunday.
Your vehicle must
be at the port no later than 11:00AM on
Thursday.
If the
ship is not full, the ship will continue
to the next port of call to continue
loading vehicles prior to departing to
Hawaii. The ocean time is approximately
five days on the water. All vehicles
are offloaded at the Port of Honolulu,
which takes 3-5 days. If
your vehicle is going to a neighboring
island, it will be barged over, taking an
additional 3-5 days.
We offer port-to-port, door-to-port,
exclusive 20' and 40' containers,
vehicle flat-racks and RORO service. The preferred method of
vehicle shipping is either in the vessel
garage or in specialized auto frames.
These auto frames are loaded in the
belly of the ship. Containers are not generally loaded with
automobiles. However, at the discretion of
our terminal operations, occasionally
vehicles are loaded into enclosed
containers.
If you want to
guarantee your own exclusive 20' or 40' container you have to
order one. The cost of a 20' and 40'
container is determined by mileage from the
vehicle location and back to the port. Let our
experienced staff assist you with all of
your shipping needs. For more info, please
