Our trucks  will deliver your vehicle to the port of Long Beach, CA. We offer open or enclosed transport to the port. We need a 3-5 day window to pick up the vehicle.  Once loaded on the car carrier, delivery time is approximately 10-14 days.   We provide port-to-port, and door-to-port service.

* Vessels depart from Long Beach, CA every Saturday. To meet that Saturday's departure, your vehicle must be at the port no later than 2:00PM on the previous Wednesday.

Once loaded on the vessel, the ocean time is approximately five days on the water. All freight and vehicles are offloaded at the port of Honolulu, taking 3-5 days. If you are going to a neighboring island, your vehicle will be barged over, taking an additional three to five days. We offer vehicle flat racks, RORO, 20ft, and 40ft exclusive container service.

 Prepare Your Vehicle
 Need a complete set of keys:  Ignition, doors, trunk, etc. Vehicle must be in running condition, with working brakes. 
 All vehicles must be licensed or qualified to  be licensed for public street and highways.

 

 Wash Vehicle
 All vehicles must have a clean exterior for inspection. Dirty vehicles will not be accepted.

 Damaged Vehicles
 We cannot accept vehicles that have loose parts, leaking fluids, cracked or broken glass. All in-op Vehicles must be containerized before shipping.
 

 Remove All Personal Belongings
 The only items accepted are those  normally attached to the vehicle or permanently installed in the dash, doors, rear deck, or console.

 

 If not bolted in, the following items need to be removed
 Loose Radios, or CBs
 Radar Detectors
 CD or MP3 Players/iPod
 Tape Player and Tapes
 Portable Telephones
 Non-Standard Stereo Equipment
 (Speakers, Amplifiers, etc.)
 Decorative ornaments, auto covers &
 bras, truck tailgate nets, auto racks, and
 theft alarms systems.

 

Gas and Antifreeze

 ¼ tank of gas or less
 Antifreeze during the winter months

 Fire Extinguishers and Propane Tanks
 Fire Extinguishers must be removed.
 Road Flares must be removed.
 Vehicles with Propane tank must be empty
 of all liquid, Empty tank needs to be
 tagged and certified as gas free.

 

Hawaii Vehicle Registration Requirements

Hawaii Department of Motor Vehicles requires your Ocean Bill of Lading, and that you register your vehicle within 30 days after arrival in Hawaii. 

 

Effective 8/8/2007 an invasive species is imposed by the state of Hawaii on all shipments at a rate of .75 per 1000 lbs.
