You can deliver the vehicle(s) yourself, or have one of our auto transporters pick up at the city and state where the vehicle(s) is located in.

What do I need to provide for a booking to ship to Hawaii?
Name, mailing address, physical and phone numbers of the shipper-the person for whom the vehicle(s) is to be shipped. Name, mailing address, physical and phone numbers of the consignee- the person for whom the vehicle(s) is shipping to. You need the following information to place an booking to Hawaii year, make, model, license plate, color and VIN number.

How do I obtain a booking to ship my vehicle(s)?
Call one of our agents and they will assist you with your booking order. Auto shipping booking is required prior to delivery of your vehicle(s) to the port.

What do I need to do to get my vehicle(s) ready for shipping to Hawaii?
All vehicle(s) must have a clean exterior so that a vehicle(s) condition report can be conducted at the load port. Cracked windshields or widows, damage vehicle(s) or dirty cars are cannot be accepted to ship to Hawaii. Bring current vehicle(s) registration.

Can I ship a vehicle(s) if it does not run?
No, vehicle(s) must be in operating condition, with a working emergency break, and must either be licensed or qualified to be licensed for operation on public streets or highways.

Can I ship any thing inside of my vehicle(s) to Hawaii?
No, the only items acceptable for shipping in your vehicle(s) are those tools and accessories normally attached to the vehicle(s), or permanently installed in the dash, doors, deck, or console. A child car set is acceptable.

How must gas should be in my vehicle(s) when shipping it?
Important! ¼ tank of gas. If the vehicle(s) has more then a ¼ tank of gas the port will not accept the vehicle(s). In some cases the port will drain the fuel for an additional charge. U.S. Coast Guard regulation 176.905 requires that fuel tanks on all motor vehicle(s) carried on a vessel may not be more then ¼ full.

How long does it take for my vehicle(s) to get to Hawaii?
Once loaded onto the vessel the ocean time is approx. 5 days. The port takes additional 5-7 days to unload all of the containers. The vessel loads first come first service upon arrival of your vehicle(s) to the port after check in. Customer service will at the destination port call you when your vehicle is ready for pick up.

How long can I leave my vehicle(s) at the port after it arrivals in Hawaii?
Once your vehicle(s) has been off loaded customer service at the major port of arrival will call you when your vehicle is ready for pick up. The state of Hawaii will allow five days to pick up your vehicle(s). After five days there is a storage charge of $35.00 per day.
