Transport Hawaii is focused on moving your vehicle quickly and safely. We are committed to a higher level of customer service to ensure that your vehicle move is a smooth one. We ship vehicles from Illinois to Hawaii and from Hawaii to Illinois. We are also a local, nationwide, and international auto transporter with full export authority.

Our trucks can pick up your vehicle and deliver it to the closest port to you.   We need a 3-5 day window to pick up the vehicle in Indiana, and 7-10 days to deliver to the port in Long Beach, California. We offer open or enclosed auto transport to the port.

Once loaded onto the vessel, the ocean time is approximately five days on the water. All vehicles arrive at the port of Honolulu first.  If your vehicle is going to a neighboring island, it will be barged over, taking an additional five days on the water. We offer door-to-port, port-to-port, and RORO service.

The preferred method of vehicle shipment is either in the vessel garage or in specialized auto frames. Containers are not generally loaded with automobiles. However, at the discretion of our terminal operations, occasionally vehicles are loaded into closed containers.

If you want to guarantee your own container you must order one. The cost of a 20' or 40' container is determined by miles from the vehicle location and back to the port.  We have bi-weekly departures out of Oakland, CA and Seattle, WA, and weekly departures out of Long Beach, CA.
