Our auto shipping company is focused on speed and reliability, and we are committed to a higher level of customer service.  If you are moving, relocating, or just need to ship a car from New York to Hawaii, or from Hawaii to New York, let our experienced agents help you move your car quickly and safely. We offer door-to-port, port-to-port and RORO service.

We need a 3-5 day window to pick up the vehicle, and 10-14 days to deliver the vehicle to the port in Long Beach, California.  We offer open or enclosed auto transport to the port.

* Vessels depart from Long Beach, CA every Saturday. To meet that Saturday's departure, your vehicle must be at the port no later than 2:00PM on Wednesday.

Once loaded on the vessel for Hawaii, the transport time is approximately five days on the water.  All vehicles and freight are offloaded at the Port of Honolulu, which takes 3-5.  All vehicles going to neighboring islands will be barged over, taking an additional 3-5 days.  We offer vehicle flat-racks, RORO, and 20' and 40' exclusive containers.

The preferred method of vehicle shipment is either in the vessel garage or in specialized auto frames. Containers are not generally loaded with automobiles.  However, at the discretion of the terminal operations, occasionally vehicles are loaded into closed containers.

If you want to guarantee your own exclusive container you must order one. The cost of a 20' or 40' container is determined by miles from the vehicle location and back to the port.  We have bi-weekly departures out of Oakland, CA and Seattle, WA, and weekly departures out of Long Beach, CA.  Prepare Your Vehicle
 Need a complete set of keys:  Ignition, doors, trunk, etc. Vehicle must be in running condition, with working brakes. 
 All vehicles must be licensed or qualified to be licensed for public street and highways.

 

 Wash Vehicle
 All vehicles must have a clean exterior for inspection. Dirty vehicles will not be accepted.

 Damaged Vehicles
 We cannot accept vehicles that have loose parts, leaking fluids, cracked or broken glass. All in-op Vehicles must be containerized before shipping.
 

 Remove All Personal Belongings
 The only items accepted are those  normally attached to the vehicle or permanently installed in the dash, doors, rear deck, or console.

 

 If not bolted in, the following items need to be removed
 Loose Radios, or CBs
 Radar Detectors
 CD or MP3 Players/iPod
 Tape Player and Tapes
 Portable Telephones
 Non-Standard Stereo Equipment
 (Speakers, Amplifiers, etc.)
 Decorative ornaments, auto covers &
 bras, truck tailgate nets, auto racks, and
 theft alarms systems.

 

Gas and Antifreeze

 ¼ tank of gas or less
 Antifreeze during the winter months

 Fire Extinguishers and Propane Tanks
 Fire Extinguishers must be removed.
 Road Flares must be removed.
 Vehicles with Propane tank must be empty
 of all liquid, Empty tank needs to be
 tagged and certified as gas free.

 

Hawaii Vehicle Registration Requirements

Hawaii Department of Motor Vehicles requires your Ocean Bill of Lading, and that you register your vehicle within 30 days after arrival in Hawaii. 

 

Effective 8/8/2007 an invasive species is imposed by the state of Hawaii on all shipments at a rate of .75 per 1000 lbs.
