If you need to transport a car from Oregon to Hawaii or from Hawaii to Oregon, we are the most dependable and reliable choice for Hawaii auto shipping. Shipping your vehicle between Hawaii and Oregon is simple.  We transport vehicles from any city in Oregon to the closest port to you.  If you are moving to Hawaii, relocating to Hawaii, or just need to ship your car to Hawaii, we will tailor our services to meet your needs. We offer door-to-port, port-to-port and RORO service.

We will pick up your vehicle in Oregon, and deliver it to the port of Seattle.  We need a 1-3 day window for pickup.  Once loaded on the car carrier, delivery time to the port is approximately 1-3 days, weather permitting. We offer open and enclosed auto transport to the port.

* Vessels depart from Seattle every other Sunday. To meet that Sunday's departure, your vehicle must be at the port no later than 11:00AM on the previous Thursday. 

Once loaded on the vessel, the shipping time to Hawaii is approximately five days on the water. All vehicles all offloaded at the port of Honolulu, which takes 3-5 days.  If you are going to a neighboring island, your vehicle will be barged over, taking an additional three to five days.  We offer vehicle flat-racks, RORO, and 20' and 40' exclusive containers.

The preferred method of vehicle shipment is either in the vessel garage or in specialized auto frames. Containers are not generally loaded with automobiles. However, at the discretion of our terminal operations, occasionally vehicles are loaded into closed containers.

If you want to guarantee your own exclusive container you have to order one.  Prepare Your Vehicle
 Need a complete set of keys:  Ignition, doors, trunk, etc. Vehicle must be in running condition, with working brakes. 
 All vehicles must be licensed or qualified to be licensed for public street and highways.

 

 Wash Vehicle
 All vehicles must have a clean exterior for inspection. Dirty vehicles will not be accepted.

 

Damaged Vehicles
 We cannot accept vehicles that have loose parts, leaking fluids, cracked or broken glass. All in-op Vehicles must be containerized before shipping.
 

 Remove All Personal Belongings
 The only items accepted are those  normally attached to the vehicle or permanently installed in the dash, doors, rear deck, or console.

 

 If not bolted in, the following items need to be removed
 Loose Radios, or CBs
 Radar Detectors
 CD or MP3 Players/iPod
 Tape Player and Tapes
 Portable Telephones
 Non-Standard Stereo Equipment
 (Speakers, Amplifiers, etc.)
 Decorative ornaments, auto covers &
 bras, truck tailgate nets, auto racks, and
 theft alarms systems.

 

Gas and Antifreeze

 ¼ tank of gas or less
 Antifreeze during the winter months

 Fire Extinguishers and Propane Tanks
 Fire Extinguishers must be removed.
 Road Flares must be removed.
 Vehicles with Propane tank must be empty
 of all liquid, Empty tank needs to be
 tagged and certified as gas free.

 

Hawaii Vehicle Registration Requirements

Hawaii Department of Motor Vehicles requires your Ocean Bill of Lading, and that you register your vehicle within 30 days after arrival in Hawaii. 

 

Effective 8/8/2007 an invasive species is imposed by the state of Hawaii on all shipments at a rate of .75 per 1000 lbs.
